The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

The 8-32 screw set for the diamond shaped latches. This thread is special to the chrome or stainless steel diamond shape looking surfacemount latch. Note the screw length is 1-1/8" and is a one way screw, the female portion is included and is slotless head. This is for a 1" door.

The manufactures part number is 40-8261505.

The Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 3/8".  We sometimes find the number 3210 on the back of the hinge.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Hadrian Partition Lower Door Casting Unplated is the component that fits into the bottom of a metal door.   This piece acts as one of the pivot points in the hinge.   They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal.  The manufacture part number is 640004.

The Global Partition ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8513512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G4000, which is a complete hardware package. This was used up until October 2021.

The Knickerbocker Toilet Partition Pintle 5/8" diameter is used on there metal and plastic laminate restroom stalls.   The Pintle measures 5/8" diameter by 2-3/16" long and the threaded end has a 10-32 x 1/2" thread.   This part also goes by the part number 97275 and 213.

The Ampco Toilet Partition Bottom Door Insert For 7/8" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and then chrome plated.  The door insert measures 2-5/16" wide by 1" wide by 1-3/16" high. The hex shaped hole is 5/8" and the round hole is 7/32" diameter. The material or rim is 5/16" high. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert Bottom 7/8". Manufacture part # 1530.

The Knickerbocker Toilet Partition Top Hinge Pin is constructed of zinc plated steel.  This pin measures 1/4" diameter by 2-7/8" long.   They are generally used on metal restroom stalls.  This part is sometimes called the 98614.

The Flush Metal Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.   It is constructed on Zamac die cast metal that is chrome plated and polished.  Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/4" wide. The slot that wraps around the post is 1-1/4" wide and 11-16" deep. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter.
