Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is used for a flat wall surface mount.  The hinge is constructed for cast stainless steel and brushed to the desired finish.  The hinge hole is 3/8" diameter, and the manufactures part # 3213.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

The Fiat Partition Keeper Bumper Outswing is designed to be mounted on 1-1/4" square edged pilaster posts.   It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The strike and keeper is 2-1/2" tall by 1-7/8" wide. The stop sticks out 3/4" and has a rubber bumper on it. The two mounting screws are 1-1/2" on center. This keeper bumper is designed for use on a 1-1/4" Post or Pilaster for outswinging doors. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper-Outswing 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 5210.  Shipped with mounting screws.

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover lh in/rh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8684.

The All American Toilet Partition Hinge Pin has a 5/16" Diameter x 2 13/16" Long, and is used in conjunction with the top hinge.  The manufactures part number is 101.

Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening.  The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.
