Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening. The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.
Offering Global partitions in powder coated stall doors are very economical and used most often. They are constructed with an inner honeycomb core bonded to the 22 gauge steel with a non-toxic adhesive. This ensures solid construction and great sound attenuation. The honeycomb is a cellular material that is firm for support and light, so the doors weight less, but have great strength. The stall door is then assembled with a continuous roll-formed interlocking crown molding on the edges, the corners are then welded and ground smooth. A powder coated metal stall door is 1" thick and 58" high.
