The Accurate Partition Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, concealed latch and security screws.  They are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 50-8511505.

These hinges will not replace previous version of Accurates old style hinges that are no longer available.

The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-9/16" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. Manufacture part # 3010, 111710, 111713. Also used with Flush Metal and General Partitions. Shipped with mounting screws. A=1-9/16". Also used with Accurate Partition doors after January 2013.

Security Chase Mount Grab Bar fabricated with 18 gauge, 1-1/2" diameter tubing and flanges are 1/8" (3mm) thick stainless steel type 304 satin finish. The 893 Hat And Coat Strip are available in 24", 36", 48" and 56". These are constructed of 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel, the hooks are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel, both are finished to a #4 satin brushed finish.  The strip is 4" high by length and projects out 1/2".  The hooks are 1" wide by 6-11/16" high and project out 2-1/8", and have radiused ends to prevent injury. Manufactures part number is 1307 by American Specialties.

The Slide Bolt Latch With Indicator Cast Stainless Steel is a newer product for us.  The kit includes an adjustable spindle that will work on toilet partition door thicknesses of 3/4" all the way up to 2-1/2".  The latch body measures 2-11/16" by 1-5/8" tall by 1/2" thick.  The hole spacing on the latch body is 1-1/8" on the vertical and 1-11/16" on the horizontal.  The throw on the latch is 3/4".  The indicator plate measures 1-11/16" by 2-3/8".  This part is also known as the "Latch Slide S/M-Indicator-W/Keeper-Cast Stainless" and the manufacture part number is 124563. The bolt comes out 3/4" x 7/16" wide x 1/4" thick.

Toilet partition continuous door stop for powder coated steel partitions, this has a slight round edge for attaching. The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. This is made of brushed aluminum material and is used with in or out swing doors. Also known as Hadrian partitions part number 560058.

Toilet partition Alcove Channel for Powder Coated Steel or Stainless Steel partitions. Constructed of extruded aluminum with #4 brushed finish(similar to stainless steel). Typically used with new construction but can be used on existing partitions. Designed to join a Pilaster and Panel in-line to eliminate sightline gaps to provide additional privacy. The indented rounded curve is where the Pilaster(1-1/4" Thickness) will attach, while the open end of channel is where the panel(1" Thickness) with attach. Comes with screws for attaching to pilaster and panel. Alcove channel is not pre-drilled so you will have the flexibility to place screws where needed. Provides the ability to space the panel inside the alcove channel as close as 1/4" to about 3/4". The Alcove Channels are for Hadrian's Standard(58" Ht Panels), Elite(64" Ht Panels) and Elite Plus(72" Ht Panels) Series of restroom partitions. Could be used on different manufacturers partitions as well. Manufactuered by Hadrian Partitions, known as 560157-990, 560170-900 and 560172-900.

Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape, Cut Adjustable Height. Constructed of 13 Gauge Stainless Steel with Satin finish. Used to support/brace the bottom of partitions and is mounted to the restroom floor. Designed to work with partition panels or pilasters to create stability. Available for material thickness of 3/4", 7/8", 1" and 1-1/4". These partitions support braces are field adjustable by cutting the tube. Ships as standard size 12-1/2" (Max Size) and can be cut down to as small as 3"(Min Size) to create floor clearance. Features a press fit bushing to set the height for the support brace. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Plexiglass Barrier Shields designed to create separation/social distance between individuals. Plexiglass sheets are being utilized as table top dividers and counter top barriers in schools, hospitals, restaurants and businesses to help protect individuals. These panels are ¼” thick Clear Plexiglass. Can be used in a variety of different way to create barriers. Panels DO NOT come with hardware but is available separately.
