The Accurate Toilet Partition Hinge Cam Set is used on Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp plastic laminate doors.  The manufactures part numbers are 9G631E, 89820 and 89830.

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

The Privacy Cover is Great for Bathroom Partition Door Gaps. Block's gaps between door and pilaster for both sides. Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

The pilasters Include floor mounting hardware and stainless steel shoes and are 1" thick.  Available for the following widths are available in 3- 24". The pilasters are for overhead braced units that use an aluminum headrail to brace the top of the pilasters. A plastic laminate pilasters are 1" thick and 85" high. If yours are less you can cut the top off and the headrail will cover the top.

Cast S.S. Slide Bolt Latch 5/8" Bar To Door, 3-1/2" Between Screws. Cast stainless steel construction. Base is 4-1/2" tall with a hole spacing of 3-1/2" on center. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick and has a throw of 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16". The distance from the back of the base to the underside of the latch bolt is 9/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Slide Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part #5053. Shipped with screws. Used by accurate and global.

The Partition Keeper Bumper- Outswing for 1-1/4" Sq Edge is for out swinging doors and square edged pilaster posts of 1-1/4" thickness.  The Keeper is constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated.  Used on many toilet partition manufacturers partitions, the manufactures part # is 40-8512354.

The Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54", 1/4" Pin is 54" long by 3" wide with a pin diameter of 1/4".  They are constructed of 14 gauge (.075" thick) stainless steel.  Holes are spaced every 13" and are 9/32" diameter and has 5 sets of holes. The hinge is self closing by a cam action, which is made possible by angle cuts on the continuous hinge leafs.Cam features Zero Degree Closing. Can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. This hinge is also known as a Bathroom Stall Full Length Continuous Hinge. This hinge is non handed. This piece features a cam, which makes it self closing.  Manufacture part # 130209,7599, 125319, 650-9402. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside. This hinge is known as 7599.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be zero degree hold so that door will close flush with partition surface. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

Bobrick slide latch for surface mounting on doors. Most common with Bobrick's doors. Also known as 1040-42 or 1001492 includes latch track, latch cover, set screw that uses a 5/64" allen wrench and flathead latch screw.

Accurate Standard Turn Latch with Screw. This version started January 2013 for all accurate partition doors and ended September 2021. This old style is the exact same as Global's version, except the name on the cover latch part. Also known as 40-8513300. Chrome plated finish.

This turn latch will not replace previous version of Accurates old style turn latches that are no longer available.
