The Toilet Partition Top & Bottom Hinge Kit  is for use on 1" Doors with 1" Square Edged Pilaster Posts.  The top and bottom hinges are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The kit includes top and bottom hinge, inserts, pintle, cam, top pin and all of the mounting screws.  This hinge set is designed for a maximum rotation of 110 degrees, past 110 degrees the hinge may fail.   Manufacture part # 63150.

The headrail goes between a U shape which is 1" for the headrail to fit into at the top of the pilaster, the headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top.
