Seat is ½” thick, one piece solid, white colored, black core phenolic. Frame, support legs, flanges, and bracket are type 304 satin finish stainless steel. Phenolic seat ONLY is field reversible. The widths are 12"-72".  The shelf is fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel, with the edges turned down and back 1/2" for maximum strength and rigidity.  All corners are deburred and polished smooth for safety.  The mounting brackets 16 gauge stainless steel and are permanently welded to the shelf with exposed mounting points.  Manufacturers part number 0692 series shelves. ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, is 71-1/2" long by 3" wide, and is for use on Right Out Swing, Left In swing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel and the screws are placed every 11" or so.  The hinge pin is 1/8" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.
