Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support L-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The Handicap Grab Bar is fabricated of #18 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.  They are available in 1 1/4” and 1-1/2” outside diameter.  All bars maintain a constant 1 1/2” offset, which is the distance between the inside of the bar and the mounting surface.  The mounting flanges have a 3” diameter.  We offer two types of mounting,  exposed screw mounting and snap on flange concealed. When properly installed they will easily support up to 250 pounds.  The recommended height for mounting these grab bars is 33 to 36” above the finished floor, but heights vary depending on local codes.  The overall length of a 12" grab bar is 15" due to the 3" diameter flanges.  Due to the various materials that these are mounted on, screws are not included.

If your toilet partition or bathroom stall wall bracket is cast with the number 1910 on the back, then you have the “U” Wall Bracket for 1″ thick toilet partition panels. The wall bracket is usually mounted on the wall or the pilaster to mount the toilet partition stall panels. This bracket is 1-1/4″ wide x 1-3/8″ tall, with the through hole located at 1″ from the back. If features 4 holes with a 1/4″ diameter, with two of them on the base. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then polished chrome plated. This bracket is sometimes called a Toilet Partition or Bathroom Stall “U” Bracket, or “U” Wall Bracket.
