Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Handicap Grab Bar is fabricated of #18 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.  They are available in 1 1/4” and 1-1/2” outside diameter.  All bars maintain a constant 1 1/2” offset, which is the distance between the inside of the bar and the mounting surface.  The mounting flanges have a 3” diameter.  We offer two types of mounting,  exposed screw mounting and snap on flange concealed. When properly installed they will easily support up to 250 pounds.  The recommended height for mounting these grab bars is 33 to 36” above the finished floor, but heights vary depending on local codes.  The overall length of a 12" grab bar is 15" due to the 3" diameter flanges.  Due to the various materials that these are mounted on, screws are not included.

The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Left Hand Outswing/ Right Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Left Hand Outswing, and Right Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge, 57" Long Non Handed,14 Gauge Stainless Steel ,1/4" Diameter Pin, Cam Close. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside.

This is the most Heavy Duty Continuous Full Length Hinge we sell. 14 gauge (.075" thick) stainless steel construction with a 1/4" diameter hinge pin. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long.
