Partition Anti-Grip Headrail 1" X 95" Type B Aluminum

Extruded anodized aluminum construction. The cross section measures 2-3/4" high by 1-3/32" by 95" long. The part that fits on top of the pilaster is 1" wide by 3/4" deep. The wall thickness on this part is 3/64". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Headrail. Manufacture part # 80042.

Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, is 71-1/2" long by 3" wide, and is for use on Right Out Swing, Left In swing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel and the screws are placed every 11" or so.  The hinge pin is 1/8" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. The widths are 12"-72".  The shelf is fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel, with the edges turned down and back 1/2" for maximum strength and rigidity.  All corners are deburred and polished smooth for safety.  The mounting brackets 16 gauge stainless steel and are permanently welded to the shelf with exposed mounting points.  Manufacturers part number 0692 series shelves. The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Chrome Plated Alcove Clip

Chrome plated zamac die casting, for use on 1" doors and 1-1/4" posts. Horizontal leg in picture is 1-1/4" wide and 1-1/2" tall. The vertical leg is 1-5/32" wide. The holes are 1/4" diameter. Also known as Bathroom Stall Alcove Clip, Toilet Partition Alcove Clip, and Toilet Stall Alcove Clip. The manufacturers part number is 1550 Alcove Clip and 650-6650 Alcove Clip.

The Partition Double Door Pull 5-1/2" Chrome Plated come as two handles for mounting back to back handles on an one inch thick door.   The handles have 5-7/8" center to center hole spacing, and the screws included are for a 1" thick door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The manufacturer part number on this part is 610112. Overall width is 6-3/4".

Global partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose in or out swing when ordering. Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge 54" With 20 Degree Cam Close Stainless Steel. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside.

Stainless Steel Construction, 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are spaced every 13" and are 9/32" diameter and 5 sets of holes. The hinge is self closing by a cam action, which is made possible by angle cuts on the continuous hinge leafs. Cam features 20 Degree Closing for ADA Doors. Can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. The Ampco Toilet Partition Slide Bolt Latch is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and then chrome plated.  Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/16" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". Metpar concealed Ada lever latch knob with cover. Zamac die cast construction with polished chrome plating. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-3/4" with the inner ring diameter of 1-7/32". The latch bolt is 11/32" diameter by 2-21/32" long, the square box has a height of 3/4". The Matte Black Hadrian Alcove Channel is constructed of anodized aluminum. One side of the channel is for 1/2" thickness and the other is 3/4" thickness.
