The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge For 1-1/4" Sq Edge is designed for use on square edged pilaster posts that are 1-1/4" thick.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The manufactures part number is 3860.  A=1-11/16".

Security Chase Mount Grab Bar fabricated with 18 gauge, 1-1/2" diameter tubing and flanges are 1/8" (3mm) thick stainless steel type 304 satin finish. The Closure Plate is 1/8" (3mm) thick and is welded the the bottom side of the grab bar. Closure plate is constructed of 12 gauge stainless steel. This full length door stop with block the gap between the door and the post next to it. For an outswing the latch locks on the back side of the bumper. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The Global Partition Complete Stainless Steel Door Kit is the manufactures hardware package.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. Included in the kit is a top and bottom hinge, concealed latch, keeper bumper, pintle, cam, coat hook and bumper, all of the hinge pins and the security screws.  The manufacture part number is 40-8263501. This was used up until October 2021.

The Accurate Partition Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, concealed latch and security screws.  They are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 50-8511505.

These hinges will not replace previous version of Accurates old style hinges that are no longer available.
