This latch is Ada approved. There is no exact replacement available.

Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-9/16" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. The Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 3/8".  We sometimes find the number 3210 on the back of the hinge.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Accurate Partition ADA Turn Latch & Cover is a concealed latch set designed for use on Accurate metal doors to meet ADA compliance codes. The latch and cover are constructed of die cast metal and then chrome plated. This product is sometimes called a 50-2511390, 50-2511370, 50-8511579, 50-8511510 complete. This latch assembly was used prior to January 2013. There is no exact replacement available.
