ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

 Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, is 71-1/2" long by 3" wide, and is for use on Right Inswing, Left Outswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel and the screws are placed every 11" or so.  The hinge pin is 1/8" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Partition Door Piano Hinge 57", 14 Gauge SS,1/4" Pin with 20 Degree Cam Close. This hinge keeps the door open 20 degree so the user knows there is nobody in the restroom toilet stall. This is the most Heavy Duty Continuous Full Length Hinge we sell. 14 gauge (.075" thick) stainless steel construction with a 1/4" diameter hinge pin. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long. Screws are spaced 11" apart and the holes are 9/32" diameter and has 6 sets of holes. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Also known as a Restroom Toilet Stall Full Length Continuous Hinge. Manufacturer part #650-9401 and 160039. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside.

Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape. Used with up to a 1-1/4" Thick Post. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support U-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″. The Flush Metal Toilet Partition Top Hinge Pin is for plastic laminate restroom stalls.  The top pin measures 3/8" diameter by 3-1/4" long with 5/16-18 threads. It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel. 

Kit includes rod with exposed flanges.

Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64" dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.

Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 48′′ require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.

The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Right Hand Outswing/ Left Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Right Hand Outswing, and Left Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening.  The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.

The overall height is 1-3/16", with square part measuring 21/32". Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Cam. Manufacture part # 98195. For use with an 11/16" diameter pintle.

The Bobrick Toilet Partition Top Hinge Pin is used on there Plastic Laminate restroom stalls.  The pin features knurled steel construction, and is 3-1/2" long by 3/8" diameter.  The knurled end has a threaded hole of a 10-24 screw.
