Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

The Partition Surface Mounted SS Hinge Set are for use on  Left Hand Inswing and Right Out Swinging Doors.  One of the better reasons to use this hinge is the fact that they have a stainless steel pin in them.  Nearly all of the Gravity Hinges out there use plastic pins.  Stainless Steel construction, 1/8" thick. Outside dimensions of the hinge are 3-5/16" wide by 2-7/8" high. The screw spacing is 2-5/16" wide by 1-1/2" high. The mounting holes are 1/4" diameter. Plastic Rod works with most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. This is the replacement pin used on Solid Plastic restroom stall top hinges. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2".
