The Toilet Partition Top Hinge 1-1/4" Round Edge is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   This hinge is used on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  The outside dimensions of the hinge are 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/2" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U mounting channel is 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The mounting holes are 1-1/2" apart on center. The lug projects out 1-3/32" by 13/32" thick with a 3/8" diameter bushing. Also know as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Top 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4530. The Toilet Partition Top Hinge Casting Unplated is constructed of Zamac die cast metal.  The outside dimensions of the top hinge casting are 3-7/16" high by 2-3/8" wide by 1-5/32" deep. The casting features four holes, two of them are 3/8" diameter, one is 7/32" diameter and the fourth is a threaded hole for a 5/16-18 screw. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Hadrain Partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are desgned for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose In or Out swing when ordering.
