It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel.

The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The indicator is 2" in diameter and 13/32" thick. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long. Screws are spaced 11" apart and the holes are 9/32" diameter and has 6 sets of holes. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.
