Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be zero degree hold so that door will close flush with partition surface. The Partition Slide Bolt Latch Chrome Plated is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The latch measures 1-1/2" Wide X 3-1/4" High, and 2-3/4" Between Screws.  We find this latch used on Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partition corp restroom stalls.  Also known as a Surface Mounted Bathroom Stall Slide Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Known as 40-8512899. Shipped with mounting screws. This latch is Ada approved.

All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. This is the most Heavy Duty Continuous Full Length Hinge we sell. 14 gauge (.075" thick) stainless steel construction with a 1/4" diameter hinge pin. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long. Screws are spaced 11" apart and the holes are 9/32" diameter and has 6 sets of holes. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Full length aluminum door stop for 1" material used with solid plastic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 1" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8464400 and 40-8262370.

The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The keeper is 1-1/2" wide by 1-1/8" tall by 3/32" thick. Commonly known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted ADA Slide Lock and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacturer part # 6049, 1002927.  Shipped with mounting screws. For 1" thick doors.

Hadrain Partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are desgned for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose In or Out swing when ordering. Can be used as right or left hand as hinges are field reversible. To hand handing, this can be done by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing. The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Right Hand Outswing/ Left Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Right Hand Outswing, and Left Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". The Accurate Toilet Partition Slide Bolt Latch Stainless Steel is constructed of cast stainless steel. Base is 4-1/2" tall with a hole spacing of 3-1/2" on center. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick and has a throw of 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16". The distance from the back of the base to the underside of the latch bolt is 9/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Slide Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part #5053.  This latch is used by Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp.   The one way screws and barrel nuts are included with this latch.

The Partition Bottom Hinge Assembly Cast Stainless Steel is for use on 1" Door and 1-1/4" thick square edged Pilaster Posts.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel.  Set includes bottom hinge, pin, door insert and mounting screws. The latch thickness is 1-1/16". The latch bolt measures 3/4" by 3/16" with a 15/32" throw. Also known as a Metpar Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch. Manufacture part # 4240, 13882. Metpar Toilet Partitions is the only manufacture that we know of that uses this latch.

The Slide Bolt Latch With Indicator Cast Stainless Steel is a newer product for us.  The kit includes an adjustable spindle that will work on toilet partition door thicknesses of 3/4" all the way up to 2-1/2".  The latch body measures 2-11/16" by 1-5/8" tall by 1/2" thick.  The hole spacing on the latch body is 1-1/8" on the vertical and 1-11/16" on the horizontal.  The throw on the latch is 3/4".  The indicator plate measures 1-11/16" by 2-3/8".  This part is also known as the "Latch Slide S/M-Indicator-W/Keeper-Cast Stainless" and the manufacture part number is 124563.

The Global Partition ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8513512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G4000, which is a complete hardware package. This was used up until October 2021.
