Would be used for partitions that need headrail across front of partitions as well as down one side. Spring clips would be used if you are needing to join two headrails together. The General Toilet Partition Top Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and then polished.  Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/4" wide. The slot that wraps around the post is 1-1/4" wide and 11-16" deep. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 3/8" diameter. The Hadrian Partition Lower Door Casting Unplated is the component that fits into the bottom of a metal door.   This piece acts as one of the pivot points in the hinge.   They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal.  The manufacture part number is 640004.

The Accurate Partition Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, concealed latch and security screws.  They are constructed of die cast Stainless steel. The manufactures part number is 40-8261505.

Accurate Toilet Partition Panels are easy to reinstall when replacing. All panel dividers come with standard chrome panel kits, with upgrades to stainless steel hardware. Accurate offers 16"-76" wide panels. All panels are 1/2" less than the width size. Panles are 58" height which are mounted 12" off the ground.

The Partition Ada Latch Knob Cover with Set Screw is constructed of Zamac die cast with polished chrome plating. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-5/8" with the inner ring diameter of 1-1/4". The ADA Barrier Free Lever is 2-9/16" long when measured from the all the way across the cover. The cover has an overall diameter of 1-1/4".  This piece is used with All American, Flush Metal, General and Global Partitions, and may be more. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Concealed ADA Latch Cover and Knob Assembly. Manufacture part number is 6150,  and 163500, it uses a T27 Torq Bit that is included.

The Global Partition Complete Standard Door Kit is the manufactures hardware package.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. Included in the kit is a top and bottom hinge, concealed latch, keeper bumper, pintle, cam coat hook and bumper, all of the hinge pins and the security screws.  The manufacture part number is 40-8513500. This was used up until October 2021.

The General Toilet Partitions Keeper Bumper For 1-1/4" Outswing Sq Edge is for use on square edged 1-1/4" thick pilaster posts.  The keeper is constructed of Zamac die casting that is polished chrome plated. The strike and keeper is 2-1/2" tall by 1-7/8" wide. The stop sticks out 3/4" and has a rubber bumper on it. The two mounting screws are 1-1/2" on center. This keeper bumper is designed for use on a 1-1/4" Post or Pilaster for out swinging doors. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper-Outswing 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 5210.  Shipped with mounting screws.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

The Global Partition ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8513512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G4000, which is a complete hardware package. This was used up until October 2021.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.
