Toilet Partition Two Ear X- Long Urinal Wall Bracket For 1" Panel Cast Stainless Steel

Cast stainless steel construction. Base is 1-1/2" x 4" with 3" centers on the mounting holes. The bracket legs project out 3-1/2" with the thru hole at 3-1/8" from the back of the base. Partition "U" Bracket Chrome Plated For 7/8" X 1-1/2" X 1-3/8 . If your toilet partition or bathroom stall wall bracket is cast with the number 1900 on the back, then you have the “U” Wall Bracket for 7/8″ thick toilet partition panels. The wall bracket is usually mounted on the wall or the pilaster to mount the toilet partition stall panels. This bracket is 1-5/32″ wide x 1-3/8″ tall, with the through hole located at 1″ from the back. If features 4 holes with a 1/4″ diameter, with two of them on the base. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then polished chrome plated. This bracket is sometimes called a Toilet Partition or Bathroom Stall “U” Bracket, or “U” Wall Bracket.

Global partitions new style door kits, used September 2021 to current. This door kit includes chrome plated zamac hardware, hinges and associated parts, slide latch with indicator and door keeper, coat hook. The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.

Hadrian Partitions Aluminum Headrail for 1" thick material Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted Solid Plastic Partitions. The headrail goes over the top of the pilaster which is 1" for the headrail to fit over the top of the pilaster. The slot is for 1/4" curtain hook. The headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top. Overall dimension is 1-1/4"x1-3/4"ht. Also known as part number 620060, 620074.

The Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54", 1/4" Pin is 54" long by 3" wide with a pin diameter of 1/4".  They are constructed of 14 gauge (.075" thick) stainless steel.  Holes are spaced every 13" and are 9/32" diameter and has 5 sets of holes. The hinge is self closing by a cam action, which is made possible by angle cuts on the continuous hinge leafs.Cam features Zero Degree Closing. Can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. This hinge is also known as a Bathroom Stall Full Length Continuous Hinge. This hinge is non handed. This piece features a cam, which makes it self closing.  Manufacture part # 130209,7599, 125319, 650-9402. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside. This hinge is known as 7599.

If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is stamped 1630, then chances are you have the Two Ear Wall Bracket for 7/8″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 3-1/2″ long with 2-3/4″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The bracket sometimes goes by the name Bathroom Stall (toilet partition) Two Ear Bracket or Wall Bracket.

Aluminum U Shape Bracket 1/2" X 1-3/8" X 57". Constructed of extruded anodized aluminum. Base is 3/4 wide by 57" long, with screw holes every 13" or so. They have a clearance of 1/2" for 1/2" thick panels. Sometimes known as Bathroom Stall Continuous U Bracket. The manufacturers part numbers are 2664. The Global Toilet Partitions Top Pin is for plastic laminate restroom stalls.  The top pin measures 3/8" diameter by 3-1/4" long with 5/16-18 threads. It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel. 

The Heavy Duty Vault Hinge Set Stainless Steel, for 3/4" Or 1" thick doors is used by all of the manufactures on their Solid Plastic (HDPE) Restroom dividers. The hinges are designed for 3/4" to 1" thick doors and 3/4" to 1" thick pilaster posts.  They use this style hinge due to the incredible strength they have, for the heavy solid plastic doors.  Also known as a Bathroom Stall Roller Bearing Hinge Set.  Manufacture part # 7813.  Shipped with mounting screws.

Torque Head Barrel Nut Shoulder Screw for 1/2" - 3/4" gripping. Use with torque driver bit T27 for toilet partition security screws. 10-24 thread chrome plated and uses a 6 lobe head torque. Both pieces included.

The Sanymetal Toilet Partition Door Stop is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The strike and keeper measure 2-1/2" high by 1-7/8" deep by 1/8" thick. The stop has a 3/4" projection and is 9/16' deep with a rubber insert. The mounting holes are 1-1/2" on center. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper Inswing/Outswing Flat. Manufacture part # 5170.  Shipped with mounting screws.

Partition Headrail End Plug 1" X 1-1/2" HIGH

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The head rail end plug measures 1" wide by 1-1/2" tall. The pegs that hold it in place project out 3/4". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Head Rail End Plug. Manufacture part # 6660.

The Global Partitions Latch Knob Cover, with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  This is one of 3 concealed latches that we know of that are held together by a screw instead of the retaining clip we find on most latches.  The manufacture part number is 40-8513380G. This was used up until October 2021.
