Hadrian Alcove Channel Instruction

Hadrian's new style 7/15/19 partition Ada latch knob with set screw included. The latch is ADA compliant and meets barrier free codes.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. This part is used on Hadrian Partitions and will replace the old style concealed turn latch. The new manufacturer's part number is 601150, but also associates with old parts and replaces 601100, 601110, 601200. This new turn latch with set screw and cover will replace all standard or old Ada latches prior to 8/1/2019.

The Hadrian Partition Keeper Bumper Cast SS is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  The rectangular slot measures 9/16" by 11/16" and is meant to be the receiver for a concealed latch.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel and then brushed to the proper finish.  The manufactures part number is 601800-700.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Top Hinge Pin is used to replace the old style hinge pin. If you have the old style you must also purchase the upper hinge. This hinge is used with the 9HH350, 9HH300, 9HH550, 9HH500 and also the Arch Hinges. The manufacturer's part number is 631400. This product uses a phillips head screwdriver, old style was a torx head. The dimensions are 3/8" diameter by 1-1/2" height.

Hadrian Aluminum Headrails for 1"X96" Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted partitions. For Hadrian Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel Partitions. The headrail goes between a U shape which is 1" for the headrail to fit into at the top of the pilaster, the headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top. Also known as part number 580096.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Slide Bolt Latch is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is chrome plated and polished.  Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/16" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch. Manufacture part # 5020.  Shipped with mounting screws.

The Partition Double Door Pull 5-1/2" Chrome Plated come as two handles for mounting back to back handles on an one inch thick door.   The handles have 5-7/8" center to center hole spacing, and the screws included are for a 1" thick door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The manufacturer part number on this part is 610112. Overall width is 6-3/4".

The Toilet Partition Coat Hook & Bumper 2-3/4" Projection x 2-1/4" High is mainly used on Hadrian Manufacturing Partitions.  The hook is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. And measures 2-1/4" high with a projection of 2-3/4".  The manufacturer part number is 601900.

Cast stainless steel 5-1/2" double door pulls, for 3/4" thick doors. Also known as 900112 Replaced by 630112. Overall width is 6-3/4" and has hole spacing of 5-7/8" between screws.

The Matte Black Hadrian double door pull is designed to mount through a 3/4" thickness partition door. Constructed of stainless steel to have a matte black finish. Measures 6-3/4" in length with center to center holes spacings of 6-1/8". Designed for outswing and ADA doors. Will require a 7/32" hole to be drilled into door and should be istalled 7" from door edge. Comes with fasteners to mount double pulls through door. Known as manufacturers part number 670112-BLK.

Toilet partition Alcove Channel for Powder Coated Steel or Stainless Steel partitions. Constructed of extruded aluminum with #4 brushed finish(similar to stainless steel). Typically used with new construction but can be used on existing partitions. Designed to join a Pilaster and Panel in-line to eliminate sightline gaps to provide additional privacy. The indented rounded curve is where the Pilaster(1-1/4" Thickness) will attach, while the open end of channel is where the panel(1" Thickness) with attach. Toilet partition continuous door stop for powder coated steel partitions, this has a slight round edge for attaching. The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. This is made of brushed aluminum material and is used with in or out swing doors. Also known as Hadrian partitions part number 560058.
