The material that restroom stall hardware is made out of varies. There is a lot of toilet partition hardware that is constructed from Zamak metal that was made in a die casting process. Zamak bathroom partition hardware can be either chrome plated or non-plated. Other material includes stainless steel, plastic, nylon, rubber, anodized aluminum, zinc plated steel, knurled steel and threaded steel.
The bathroom partition hardware that we carry also varies in the way that each part is mounted. Check the mounting style of the partition part before you commit to buying it. You will want to know how the part is mounted in order to fully understand how it functions. The product description will specify how the part can be mounted, like whether it can be surface mounted, for instance.
Installing Restroom Stall Hardware
Many of the hardware products we sell have a set of instructions listed on the product page. Plus, many of our product descriptions note the function of the restroom stall hardware when it might not seem so obvious what the partition part is used for.
For instance, the product description for the Set of 4 Comtec Stealth Brackets for Integral Hinges explains that these brackets support integral hinge pins. The product page also has a picture of installation instructions for the brackets.
Another bathroom partition hardware product that has directions right on the product page is the Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Vault Hinge Set for ¾ inch or 1 inch thick stall doors. The page notes that this extra-strength toilet partition hardware is for solid plastic stall doors.
Even the Hadrian Headrail End Cap has simple online directions for setting it up. The instructions are on the product page in the form of a diagram. The diagram shows where the bathroom partition hardware goes on stall doors and the rest is self-explanatory.

The General Toilet Partitions Latch Knob, Cover & Pin is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-3/4" with the inner ring diameter of 1-7/32". The pegs project out 1-7/32" on the cover. Pin has a diameter of 11/32" and comes in Straight or Offset and is 2-11/32" long. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch Cover and Knob Assembly. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.

ASI EZ Shoe is designed to anchor directely to the floor. Made for Global Partitions and Accurate Partitions restroom stall. This allows for the pilaster to sit inside the shoe. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI EZ Shoes come with all hardware for anchoring shoe to floor and screws for attaching pilaster shoe to pilaster. Pilaster shoes are the base support for partitions.

The Global Toilet Partitions Slide Bolt Latch is made of zamac die cast metal and then chrome plated and brought to a polished finish. This latch was used by Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partitions. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5050 and also the same as 9G0136. This latch ships with the mounting screws.

Global partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose in or out swing when ordering.
