Zamak bathroom partition hardware can be either chrome plated or non-plated. Other material includes stainless steel, plastic, nylon, rubber, anodized aluminum, zinc plated steel, knurled steel and threaded steel.
The bathroom partition hardware that we carry also varies in the way that each part is mounted. Check the mounting style of the partition part before you commit to buying it. You will want to know how the part is mounted in order to fully understand how it functions. The product description will specify how the part can be mounted, like whether it can be surface mounted, for instance.
Installing Restroom Stall Hardware
Many of the hardware products we sell have a set of instructions listed on the product page. Plus, many of our product descriptions note the function of the restroom stall hardware when it might not seem so obvious what the partition part is used for.
For instance, the product description for the Set of 4 Comtec Stealth Brackets for Integral Hinges explains that these brackets support integral hinge pins. The product page also has a picture of installation instructions for the brackets.

Aluminum Pilaster Stiffener
Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Matte Black Hadrian Hinge Set
The Matte Black Hadrian Hinge Set are designed to be surface mounted to door and pilasters. Created for use on 3/4" thickness partitions but can be use on thicker partitions as well. This hinge set is available in options of Two Hinge, Three Hinge or Four Hinge set. The two hinge set can be used for inswinging or outswinging doors and can be mounted for left or right hand swing. For three and four hinge set, you will need to know if swing and handing for the doors as they are not universal/reversible. These are self closing and adjustable. Hiny Hider 8" Wrap Around Hinge Set
The Hiny Hider 8" Wrap Around Hinge Set is constructed of clear anodized aluminum and are used on 1" thick door and panels. Used by every Bathroom Toilet Stall manufacture on Solid Plastic Toilet Partitions Doors. Sometimes known as part numbers, 7978, 7988, 8974, and 8984. These hinges are reversible by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing.
