The material that restroom stall hardware is made out of varies. There is a lot of toilet partition hardware that is constructed from Zamak metal that was made in a die casting process. Zamak bathroom partition hardware can be either chrome plated or non-plated. Other material includes stainless steel, plastic, nylon, rubber, anodized aluminum, zinc plated steel, knurled steel and threaded steel.
The bathroom partition hardware that we carry also varies in the way that each part is mounted. Check the mounting style of the partition part before you commit to buying it. You will want to know how the part is mounted in order to fully understand how it functions. The product description will specify how the part can be mounted, like whether it can be surface mounted, for instance.
Installing Restroom Stall Hardware
Many of the hardware products we sell have a set of instructions listed on the product page. Plus, many of our product descriptions note the function of the restroom stall hardware when it might not seem so obvious what the partition part is used for.
For instance, the product description for the Set of 4 Comtec Stealth Brackets for Integral Hinges explains that these brackets support integral hinge pins. The product page also has a picture of installation instructions for the brackets.
Another bathroom partition hardware product that has directions right on the product page is the Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Vault Hinge Set for ¾ inch or 1 inch thick stall doors. The page notes that this extra-strength toilet partition hardware is for solid plastic stall doors.
Even the Hadrian Headrail End Cap has simple online directions for setting it up. The instructions are on the product page in the form of a diagram. The diagram shows where the bathroom partition hardware goes on stall doors and the rest is self-explanatory.

Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape, Cut Adjustable Height. Constructed of 13 Gauge Stainless Steel with Satin finish. Used to support/brace the bottom of partitions and is mounted to the restroom floor. Designed to work with partition panels or pilasters to create stability. Available for material thickness of 3/4", 7/8", 1" and 1-1/4". These partitions support braces are field adjustable by cutting the tube. Global Partition ADA Door Kit
The Global Partition ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door. They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin. The manufactures part number is 40-8513512. Accurate stainless steel standard turn latch with screw. This version started January 2013 for all accurate partition doors and end September 2021. This old style is the exact same as Global's version, except the name on the cover latch part. Also known as 40-8263300. Cast stainless steel finish.

ASI Alpaco Ada Indicator Bar Latch is used by Accurate and Global Partitions. This European design is featured on the Alpaco Classic and Elegance Collection. Consructed of Aluminum with a Brushed Nickle finish, this latch comes with keeper and fasteners. These latches are created to be used on 3/4" thick material. Red and White indicator is used to show whether the stall is in use. Offers emergency access fom the outside with coin slot feature. Known as 40-8463101 and 40-8462350.

Will require a 7/32" hole to be drilled into door and should be istalled 7" from door edge. Comes with fasteners to mount double pulls through door. Known as manufacturers part number 670112-BLK.

Stainless Steel Hadrian Hinge Set 3/4"
The Stainless Steel Hadrian Hinge Set are designed to be surface mounted to door and pilasters. Created for use on 3/4" thickness partitions but can be use on thicker partitions as well. This hinge set is available in options of Two Hinge, Three Hinge or Four Hinge set. The two hinge set can be used for inswinging or outswinging doors and can be mounted for left or right hand swing. For three and four hinge set, you will need to know if swing and handing for the doors as they are not universal/reversible. These are self closing and adjustable. Slide Bolt Latch W/Indicator Cast Stainless Steel
The Ada Slide Bolt Latch With Indicator Cast Stainless Steel is a newer product for us. The kit includes an adjustable spindle that will work on toilet partition door thicknesses of 3/4" all the way up to 2-1/2". The latch body measures 2-11/16" by 1-5/8" tall by 1/2" thick. The hole spacing on the latch body is 1-1/8" on the vertical and 1-11/16" on the horizontal. The throw on the latch is 3/4". The indicator plate measures 1-11/16" by 2-3/8". This part is also known as the "Latch Slide S/M-Indicator-W/Keeper-Cast Stainless" and the manufacture part number is 124563. The bolt comes out 3/4" x 7/16" wide x 1/4" thick.

ASI Headrail
ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).
