Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Double sided door pulls in a chrome finish. The overall width is 4-3/4" x 1" deep. The center screws are 3-1/2". This manufacturer number is 54400. This kit includes both handles and screws for 1" thick doors.

The Flush Metal Partition Top Door Insert is for use on 7/8" thick doors.  The piece is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  Top hinge insert outside dimensions are 2-3/8" by 1" wide by 1-5/8". This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.

The Partition Double Door Pull 5-1/2" stainless steel come as two handles for mounting back to back handles on an one inch thick door.  The handles have 5-7/8" center to center hole spacing, and the screws included are for a 1" thick door. This is constructed of cast brushed stainless steel. The manufacturer part number on this part is 900112. Overall width is 6-3/4"

Can be used as right or left hand as hinges are field reversible. This is done by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing. See manufacturers numbers listed below. The Global Partition Stainless ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8263512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G500SS which is a complete hardware package. This was used up until October 2021.

The Fiat Toilet Partition Bottom Door Insert is for use on there 1" thick doors.   It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The bottom door insert measures 2-1/8" by 1" by 13/16". The insert has one hole, which is 7/32" diameter. The square hole is 29/32" wide by 1". Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Door Insert Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 4700.

Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening.  The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.

The Accurate Partition ADA Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, ADA concealed latch and security screws.  This kit will convert your door to an ADA compliant door.  They are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 50-8511515.

These hinges will not replace previous version of Accurates old style hinges that are no longer available.

The Hadrian Partition Upper Door Casting SS is the component that fits into the top of the metal door to act as one of the hinge points.   They are constructed of cast stainless steel.  The manufactures part number is 640003-700.

Hinges, Coat Hook and Latch Keeper are constructed of stainless steel and indicator latch is constructed of zamac with all having a matte black finish. The door kits comes with (2) Hinges, (1)Indicator Latch, (1) Latch Keeper, (1) Coat Hook and fasteners for installing. Hinges are field adjustable so door and swing in or out as well as right or left. Known as manufacturers part number 671000-BLK.
