ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Included in the kit is a top and bottom hinge, concealed latch, keeper bumper, pintle, cam, coat hook and bumper, all of the hinge pins and the security screws.  The manufacture part number is 40-8263501. This was used up until October 2021.

The Accurate Partition Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, concealed latch and security screws.  They are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 50-8511505.

These hinges will not replace previous version of Accurates old style hinges that are no longer available.

For Hadrian partitions in steel or stainless steel partitions only. This product manufacture number is 601010, replaces 601000.

The Matte Black Hadrian Door Kit is designed to work with doors and pilasters that are 3/4" thickness. Hinges, Coat Hook and Latch Keeper are constructed of stainless steel and indicator latch is constructed of zamac with all having a matte black finish. The door kits comes with (2) Hinges, (1)Indicator Latch, (1) Latch Keeper, (1) Coat Hook and fasteners for installing. Hinges are field adjustable so door and swing in or out as well as right or left. Known as manufacturers part number 671000-BLK.

Global partitions new style door kits, used September 2021 to current. This door kit includes chrome plated zamac hardware, hinges and associated parts, slide latch with indicator and door keeper, coat hook. The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.
