Global Complete Hinge Set with Rounded Edge. Used currently with these factories Global, General and Flush Metal and Accurate Partitions. Complete as shown in picture with the parts. Includes top pin, top hinge, bottom cam, pintle and bottom hinge and security screws. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partitions with a slight round edge. These will not work with old original Accurate Partitions prior to 2013. Used 2013 to current with Accurate Partitions.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 3/8" diameter. Manufacturer part # 135580, 111723. Same part for Flush Metal and General Partitions. Shipped with mounting screws. A=1-7/6". Also used with Accurate Partition doors after January 2013.

Partition Ada Door Handle 3-3/8" Projection X 5-1/2" Wide Cast Stainless Steel

Cast stainless steel construction. This handle a ADA compliant. The handle base is 2" diameter with 3 mounting holes on each base. The handle is made of 3/8" daimeter material. The under clearance for the handle is 3". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Pull. Manufacture part # 6253.

The Fiat Toilet Partition Pintle is for use on there steel doors and is constructed of steel and white nylon plastic.  The Pintle is 5/8" diameter by 2-1/4" overall length with 5/16-18 threaded end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Bottom Pintle 5/8" Medium Lift. Manufacture part # 98175.  Shipped with nut and lock washer.

Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel. 

Generic Plastic Rod fits most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. This is the replacement hinge pin on there Solid Plastic bottom hinges. Also known as a Bathroom Stall 8" Bottom Repair Kit.  Manufacture part # 8475.

Comtec Stealth Brackets for Integral Hinges 4 brackets included. These brackets help support the plastic pins used with the integral hinge pin system. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The Toilet Partition Keeper- Inswing For 3/4" Square Edge is for in swinging doors with a 3/4" squared edged pilaster post.  It is constructed of cast stainless steel.  We find this keeper used on Global Partition Corp and Accurate Partition Corp restroom stalls.  The manufacture part # on this is 40-8562305

Bobrick SCRC solid phenolic partition between walls layout with overhead braced floor mounted stalls. Standard stalls 36" x 60" depth (24" door), ADA stall are 60" x 60" depth (36" door). All standard stainless steel hardware included with option of full stainless channels and piano hinges. Doors can be either in or out swing to choose from. Up to 8 standard stalls total or 7 standard and 1 ada stall. To have an ADA stall you must add Ada to add 24" to a standard stall of 36" to create 60" width, plus 1 standard stall for 1 complete 60x60 ada stall. The Toilet Partition Slide Bolt Latch 3/8" Bar To Door Clearance is just like every other slide bolt, except it has an offset bolt.  Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/4" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 3/8" from the back of the base to the underside of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. The Toilet Partition Keeper- Outswing, For 1-1/4" Square Edge is designed for out swinging doors and an 1-1/4" thick square edged pilaster post.  The keeper is constructed of cast stainless steel.  The part is used by many manufactures on there plastic laminate restroom stalls, and there part number is 40-8562304.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Top Hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge, as it mounts on the edge of the pilaster post.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The 9HH450 Toggle and Screw are not included with this hinge.   The manufactures part numbers are 601310 and 601300.

Hadrain Partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are desgned for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose In or Out swing when ordering. Can be used as right or left hand as hinges are field reversible. To hand handing, this can be done by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing.
