The Top Hinge Assembly Cast SS is for use with 1" Doors, and 1-1/4" thick square edged pilaster posts.  The hinge is constructed of cast stainless steel that is then brushed to the proper finish.  The set included the top hinge, pin, door insert and mounting screws.  Also known as a Bathroom Toilet Stall Top Hinge Kit. Stamped stainless steel .075" thickness construction. The strike and keeper measures 2-7/8" tall by 2" wide by 1-15/16" deep with a 1-7/8" hole spacing. The stop is 7/16" thick with a rubber insert. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper Inswing 3/4". Manufacture part # 6469.

The Flush Metal Partition Latch Housing is constructed of Zamac die cast metal.  The latch body measures 3-3/8" deep by 1-15/16" high. The face plate is 3-1/4" high. The latch bolt is 11/32" diameter and has a travel of 7/16". Also known as a Flush Metal Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch Housing. Manufacture part # 6606. This part has a 1-1/4" diameter.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Toilet partition door hinge side sightline filler for 1-1/4" thick powder coated steel pilaster post. This product has a slight round edge specifically for this material. The demensions are 1-1/4"x 54-1/2", this product is brushed aluminum and can be cut in the field. This product will help block the gap on the toilet partition hinge side. Known as 560458 from Hadrian partitions and can be used with other factories.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Toggle & Screw is used to fasten the Sanymetal and Hadrian surface hinges to the pilaster post. Also known as toggle bolts for tying hinge to pilaster on the edge.
