The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 3/8" diameter. The Bobrick Toilet Partition Top Door Insert is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is chrome plated then polished.  The hinge insert outside dimensions are 2-3/16" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-13/16" high. The two holes have a diameter of 13/32". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert Top 1". Manufacture part # 2400.

The Flush Metal Partition Top Door Insert is for use on 7/8" thick doors.  The piece is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  Top hinge insert outside dimensions are 2-3/8" by 1" wide by 1-5/8". The pilasters are for overhead braced units that use an aluminum headrail to brace the top of the pilasters. A plastic laminate pilasters are 1" thick and 85" high. If yours are less you can cut the top off and the headrail will cover the top.
