Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape. Used with up to a 1-1/4" Thick Post. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support U-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-5/8" with the inner ring diameter of 1-1/4". The ADA Barrier Free Lever is 2-9/16" long when measured from the all the way across the cover. The cover has an overall diameter of 1-1/4".  This piece is used with All American, Flush Metal, General and Global Partitions, and may be more. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Concealed ADA Latch Cover and Knob Assembly. Manufacture part number is 6150,  and 163500, it uses a T27 Torq Bit that is included.

The Slide Bolt Latch With Indicator Cast Stainless Steel is a newer product for us.  The kit includes an adjustable spindle that will work on toilet partition door thicknesses of 3/4" all the way up to 2-1/2".  The latch body measures 2-11/16" by 1-5/8" tall by 1/2" thick.  The hole spacing on the latch body is 1-1/8" on the vertical and 1-11/16" on the horizontal.  The throw on the latch is 3/4".  The indicator plate measures 1-11/16" by 2-3/8".  This part is also known as the "Latch Slide S/M-Indicator-W/Keeper-Cast Stainless" and the manufacture part number is 124563. The bolt comes out 3/4" x 7/16" wide x 1/4" thick.

The Matte Black Hadrian 1/2" Pedestal Support Brace is constructed of stainless steel. Pedestal support brace is used in place of a traditional pilaster where the pilaster anchors to the ground. This pedestal support brace allows pilasters to be off the ground but still provide structure to partitions. Designed to be used under a pilaster or panel that is 1/2" thickness. Manufacture part number 3434 Straddle Grab Bar by American Specialties. When installing to meet ADA Compliance, top of grab bar would need to be mounted minimum 33" Above Finished Floor to 36" maximum AFF.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.

Typically used with new construction but can be used on existing partitions. Designed to join a Pilaster and Panel in-line to eliminate sightline gaps to provide additional privacy. The indented rounded curve is where the Pilaster(1-1/4" Thickness) will attach, while the open end of channel is where the panel(1" Thickness) with attach.
