The Hadrian Toilet Partition Top Hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge, as it mounts on the edge of the pilaster post.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The 9HH450 Toggle and Screw are not included with this hinge.   The manufactures part numbers are 601310 and 601300.

Bobrick B211 heavy duty clothes hook with exposed mounting. This mounts with three countersunk mounting screw holes.
