The Continuous Hinge without Spring Stainless Steel, is 57-1/2" long by 3".   It is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  Holes are located every 11" or so, and the hinge pin diameter is 1/8".  Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The All American Toilet Partitions Nylon Cam is used on metal and plastic laminate hinges.

Surface Mounted Stainless Hinge sets in stock for quick deliveries, this version is a right hand inswing and left hand outswing hinge set, always facing the toilet compartments. The overall wide is 3-1/4" x 3-5/32"ht, the hole spacing is 2-5/16" and 1-1/2"ht with 1/4" holes. This is a gravity type hinge that uses a stainless adjustable pintle to close the door. This part is also known for 7273. All hardware included to install. Maximum door weight is 80lbs.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Toggle & Screw is used to fasten the Sanymetal and Hadrian surface hinges to the pilaster post. Also known as toggle bolts for tying hinge to pilaster on the edge.

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover rh in/lh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8674.

The Sanymetal Partitions Top Hinge Door Escutcheon For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The outside measurements of this part is 1-3/16" wide by 2-96/32" long by 1-5/8" high.  The hole through the middle is 3/8" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 2450.

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.
