ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The pilasters are for overhead braced units that use an aluminum headrail to brace the top of the pilasters. A plastic laminate pilasters are 1" thick and 85" high. If yours are less you can cut the top off and the headrail will cover the top.

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Bobrick fixed position tilt mirrors known as B-293 series. These mirrors are ADA approved and are required for commercial restrooms that provide handicap accessibility. Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

The Handicap Grab Bar is fabricated of #18 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.  They are available in 1 1/4” and 1-1/2” outside diameter.  All bars maintain a constant 1 1/2” offset, which is the distance between the inside of the bar and the mounting surface.  The mounting flanges have a 3” diameter.  We offer two types of mounting,  exposed screw mounting and snap on flange concealed. When properly installed they will easily support up to 250 pounds.  The recommended height for mounting these grab bars is 33 to 36” above the finished floor, but heights vary depending on local codes.  The overall length of a 12" grab bar is 15" due to the 3" diameter flanges.  Due to the various materials that these are mounted on, screws are not included.
