The Hiny Hider 8" ADA Hinge Set includes 3 hinges, one for the top, bottom and intermediate locations.  They constructed of clear anodized aluminum and are usually for 1" thick panels and 1" thick doors.   This hinge set meets ADA Compliance.  Used by every Bathroom Toilet Stall manufacture on Solid Plastic Toilet Partitions Doors.  Manufacturer part #'s 7978, 7988, 8974, and 8984. There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge.
