The Partition Surface Mounted SS Hinge Set are for use on  Left Hand Inswing and Right Out Swinging Doors.  One of the better reasons to use this hinge is the fact that they have a stainless steel pin in them.  Nearly all of the Gravity Hinges out there use plastic pins.  Stainless Steel construction, 1/8" thick. The U part of the hinge measures 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The hole spacing is 1-1/2". The lug projects out 1-3/32" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4040. Used on Ampco and Metpar Metal Partitions.  Shipped with mounting screws.  A=1-7/16"

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The Hadrian Partition Wrap Around Top Hinge is constructed of cast stainless steel, making it a very strong hinge.  The manufactures part number is 601451.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.

The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.
