Toilet partition square edge pilaster shoe, stamped stainless steel construction. Pilaster Shoe measures 2" to 24" wide by -1" thick by 3" high. This size pilaster post shoe is not split on either end. Also known as a bathroom stall pilaster post shoe square edge. Used for the base of the support system with pilaster mounting.

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge 54" With 20 Degree Cam Close Stainless Steel. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside.

Stainless Steel Construction, 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are spaced every 13" and are 9/32" diameter and 5 sets of holes. The hinge is self closing by a cam action, which is made possible by angle cuts on the continuous hinge leafs. Cam features 20 Degree Closing for ADA Doors. Can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The demensions are 1-1/4"x 54-1/2", this product is brushed aluminum and can be cut in the field. This product will help block the gap on the toilet partition hinge side. Known as 560458 from Hadrian partitions and can be used with other factories.
