Two of the three holes are 13/32" diameter and the third is 7/32". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Inser Top 7/8". Manufacture part # 1540.  Bobrick also used this insert.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2".
