Global Partitions Bottom Hinge For Surface Mount. Stainless Steel die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-9/16" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. Manufacture part # 3010, 111710, 111713. Security Chase Mount Grab Bar fabricated with 18 gauge, 1-1/2" diameter tubing and flanges are 1/8" (3mm) thick stainless steel type 304 satin finish. The Closure Plate is 1/8" (3mm) thick and is welded the the bottom side of the grab bar. Closure plate is constructed of 12 gauge stainless steel. Unit has 3 rods welded to the back of the flange for wall mounting. Each flange is " in diameter Special Closure Plate is designed for Security and Anti-Ligature applications. The Slide Bolt Latch With Indicator Cast Stainless Steel is a newer product for us.  The kit includes an adjustable spindle that will work on toilet partition door thicknesses of 3/4" all the way up to 2-1/2".  The latch body measures 2-11/16" by 1-5/8" tall by 1/2" thick.  The hole spacing on the latch body is 1-1/8" on the vertical and 1-11/16" on the horizontal.  The throw on the latch is 3/4".  The indicator plate measures 1-11/16" by 2-3/8".  This part is also known as the "Latch Slide S/M-Indicator-W/Keeper-Cast Stainless" and the manufacture part number is 124563. The bolt comes out 3/4" x 7/16" wide x 1/4" thick.

Kit includes rod with exposed flanges.

Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64" dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.

Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 60′′ require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.

For use with standard shower curtain model No ’s 1200 or 1200-V having 60′′ length and standard hooks Model No 1200-SHU unit should be installed with rod centerline 74-1/2′′ AFF or 67′′  above tub rim to obtain 6′′ bottom overlap.

The Matte Black Hadrian Corner Headrail Kit is designed for mounting Hadrian Matte Black Headrails. Constructed of stainless steel with matte black finish. Sping clip and end cap are made of plastic. This kits includes (2) Wall Brackets, (1) Spring Clip, (1) L Bracket, (1) Headrail Endcap and fasterners. Would be used for partitions that need headrail across front of partitions as well as down one side. Spring clips would be used if you are needing to join two headrails together. Is your Toilet Partition Bracket stamped 1310, if it is you have a one ear urinal bracket. The bracket is made from a zamac die casting that is then polished chrome plated. It sometimes goes by the name Toilet Partition One Ear Urinal Screen Bracket, Urinal Wall Bracket, 1310 Wall Bracket, 650-6410 wall bracket, or just Wall Bracket. The base is 1-1/2" wide x 2-3/4" long with a 1-1/2" on center hole spacing. The legs project out 3-1/2" with the mounting holes at 3-1/8" from the base. The holes are 1/4" diameter.

For use on 1-1/4" thick panels

Toilet partition continuous door stop for powder coated steel partitions, this has a slight round edge for attaching. The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. This is made of brushed aluminum material and is used with in or out swing doors. Also known as Hadrian partitions part number 560058.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape, Cut Adjustable Height. Constructed of 13 Gauge Stainless Steel with Satin finish. Used to support/brace the bottom of partitions and is mounted to the restroom floor. Designed to work with partition panels or pilasters to create stability. Available for material thickness of 3/4", 7/8", 1" and 1-1/4". These partitions support braces are field adjustable by cutting the tube. Ships as standard size 12-1/2" (Max Size) and can be cut down to as small as 3"(Min Size) to create floor clearance. Features a press fit bushing to set the height for the support brace. The widths are 12"-72".  The shelf is fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel, with the edges turned down and back 1/2" for maximum strength and rigidity.  All corners are deburred and polished smooth for safety.  The mounting brackets 16 gauge stainless steel and are permanently welded to the shelf with exposed mounting points.  Manufacturers part number 0692 series shelves.
