ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Hadrian Aluminum Headrails for 1"X60" Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted partitions. For Hadrian Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel Partitions. The Global Partitions stainless steel latch knob & cover with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel metal that is then brushed and polished. The manufacturer part number is 40-8263380. This was used up until October 2021.

The Hiny Hider Aluminum Slide Bolt Latch 3-1/2" Screws is usually used on Solid Plastic (HDPE) Toilet Partitions.  Base is 4-1/2" tall by 2" wide by 1/8" thick. Latch bolt is 3-1/8" long by 1" wide by 1/4" thick, and has a 1" throw. The latch bolt is 9/16" from the bottom of the base to the under side of the latch bolt. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Aluminum Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Clear anodized aluminum construction.  The manufacture part #'s are 4988, 650-4051, 650-8543 and HLSLA.  This latch ships with the mounting screws.

The Coat Hook & Bumper Cast SS 2-3/4" Projection x 2-1/4" High is mainly used on Hadrian Manufacturing Partitions.  The hook is constructed of cast stainless steel and measures 2-1/4" high with a projection fo 2-3/4".  The manufacture part number is 601900-700.

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.

The Matte Black Hadrian Headrail is constructed of aluminum and designed to fit over the top of a 3/4" Pilaster. Comes in lengths of 60", 74" and 96" and are able to be cut down to size needed. Headrails help provide stability for partitions. Known as manufacturers part number 670060-BLK, 670074-BLK, and 670096-BLK.

ASI Alpaco Ada Indicator Latch is used by Accurate and Global Partitions. This European design is featured on the Alpaco Classic and Elegance Collection. Stainless steel construction make this indicator latch durable. These latches are created to be used on 3/4" thick material. Red and White indicator is used to show whether the stall is in use. Offers emergency access fom the outside with coin slot feature. Also known as 8273100.

Cast S.S. Slide Bolt Latch 5/8" Bar To Door, 3-1/2" Between Screws. Cast stainless steel construction. Base is 4-1/2" tall with a hole spacing of 3-1/2" on center. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick and has a throw of 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16". The distance from the back of the base to the underside of the latch bolt is 9/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Slide Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part #5053. Shipped with screws. Used by accurate and global.

Hadrian partition steel pilasters are available with many colors to choose from and sizes. Quick ship colors will ship in 48-72 hours. Usually one week delivery time for those colors. There is a 3 week lead time for non stock colors. The color chart shows an American flag which indicates a quickship color. All bathroom pilasters come with a stainless steel shoe and floor hardware. Pilaster widths start out at 3"-23". The pilasters are 82" height with a u shape at the top for a head rail to fit into.

Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening.  The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.

The Sanymetal Toilet Partitions Bottom Power Bearing For Laminate is used on there plastic laminate of Formica restroom stalls.   The Power Bearing is what makes the door self closing.  The manufacture part number is 97280.

Global Partitions Color Chart

Global partitions new style door kits, used September 2021 to current. This door kit includes chrome plated zamac hardware, hinges and associated parts, slide latch with indicator and door keeper, coat hook. The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.

To order out swing version you must order both parts as pictures shown for complete door kit.

Stamped stainless steel construction with a Black Finish. Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The indicator is 2" in diameter and 13/32" thick. Toilet Partition Alcove Clip Set, 2 Pieces, For 1" To 1-1/4" Panel Chrome Plated

These clips are 1-1/2" tall x 2-1/4" wide. The screws are 1-1/2" on center, with 1/4" diameter holes. The clip is constructed of polished chrome plated zamac die cast materail. This part is also know as Bathroom Stall Alcove Clip Set, or Toilet Partition Alcove Clip. The manufacturers part number is 8340, 560157, and 650-6656. Toilet partition pilaster shoes is designed to anchor directly to floor. Shoe is constructed of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel that is stamped and welded in a satin finish with square edges. Each shoe comes with fasteners and installation torx bit. Measurement is 3" tall and is designed to hold a pilaster that is 1" wide. Partition Pilaster will sit inside the shoe. This shoe is typically used with solid plastic partitions but could be used with different types of partition materials.
