Partition Anti-Grip Headrail 1" X 95" Type B Aluminum

Extruded anodized aluminum construction. The cross section measures 2-3/4" high by 1-3/32" by 95" long. The part that fits on top of the pilaster is 1" wide by 3/4" deep. The wall thickness on this part is 3/64". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Headrail. Manufacture part # 80042.

The slot that wraps around the post is 1-1/4" wide and 11-16" deep. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. Used to support/brace the bottom of partitions and is mounted to the restroom floor. Designed to work with partition panels or pilasters to create stability. Available for material thickness of 3/4", 7/8", 1" and 1-1/4". These partitions support braces are field adjustable by cutting the tube. Ships as standard size 12-1/2" (Max Size) and can be cut down to as small as 3"(Min Size) to create floor clearance. Features a press fit bushing to set the height for the support brace. The General Partitions Top Hinge is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is chrome plated and polished.  The wrap around dimension is 1-1/4" wide by 1-3/4" high and 11-16" deep. The hole spacing is 1-1/8" on center. The lug projects out 1-3/8" and is 1/2" thick with a 1/4" bushing diameter. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Top 1-1/4". The Stainless Steel Folding Utility Shelf has 14-5/8" projection by 5-13/16" width.  An internal heavy duty spring in the hinging mechanism returns the shelf to the up right position when not in use.  The shelf is fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin or brushed finish.  The leading edges are radiused  and deburred to prevent injury.  The support bracket is fabricated of 14 gauge stainless steel, and are also radiused and deburred to prevent injury.

The Global Partitions Latch Knob Cover, with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  This is one of 3 concealed latches that we know of that are held together by a screw instead of the retaining clip we find on most latches.  The manufacture part number is 40-8513380G. This was used up until October 2021.

The Toilet Partition ADA Slide Bolt Latch & Keeper Stainless Steel is constructed of black acetate plastic and stainless steel.  This latch meets ADA Compliance Codes.   Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The keeper is 1-1/2" wide by 1-1/8" tall by 3/32" thick. The Toilet Partition ADA Slide Bolt Latch Inswing Latch & Keeper is constructed of Stamped Stainless Steel.  The latch is 2" wide by 2-7/8" tall. Latch bolt is 2-3/4" long by 13/16" wide by 1/8" thick and has a throw of 25/32". The keeper is 1-1/2" by 1-1/2" by .075" thick, and projects out 7/16". The Partition Surface Mounted SS Hinge Set are for use on  Right Hand Inswing and Left Hand Out Swinging Doors.  One of the better reasons to use this hinge is the fact that they have a stainless steel pin.  Nearly all of the Gravity Hinges out there use plastic pins.  Stainless Steel construction, 1/8" thick. The Sanymetal Partitions Top Hinge Door Escutcheon For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The outside measurements of this part is 1-3/16" wide by 2-96/32" long by 1-5/8" high.  The hole through the middle is 3/8" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 2450.

Global partitions complete HDPE solid plastic in a corner with overhead braced floor mounted stalls. Standard stalls 36" x  60" depth (24" door), Ada stall 60" x 60" depth (36" door). All standard aluminum hardware included. Doors can be either in or out swing. Up to 8 standard stalls total or 7 standard and 1 ada stall. All toilet partitions ship in 48-72 hours plus 2-4 days travel. To have an Ada stall you must select 1 Ada 24x60, plus 1 standard stall for 1 complete 60x60 ada stall. To have an Ada stall & standard stall, you must select 2 standard stalls and 1 Ada stall 24x60.
