Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. The Matte Black Hadrian Headrail is constructed of aluminum and designed to fit over the top of a 3/4" Pilaster. Comes in lengths of 60", 74" and 96" and are able to be cut down to size needed. Headrails help provide stability for partitions. Known as manufacturers part number 670060-BLK, 670074-BLK, and 670096-BLK.

The Global Partition Complete Stainless Steel Door Kit is the manufactures hardware package.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. Included in the kit is a top and bottom hinge, concealed latch, keeper bumper, pintle, cam, coat hook and bumper, all of the hinge pins and the security screws.  The manufacture part number is 40-8263501. This was used up until October 2021.

The Accurate Partition Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, concealed latch and security screws.  They are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 50-8511505.

These hinges will not replace previous version of Accurates old style hinges that are no longer available.

Two Ear Stainless Steel Partition Bracket for 1/2" Panel. This is used with a 1/2" thick panel only. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" and height is 3", and sticks out from the wall 2-1/2".
