Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI EZ Shoes come with all hardware for anchoring shoe to floor and screws for attaching pilaster shoe to pilaster. Pilaster shoes are the base support for partitions.

Hole in the U is 9/32" and counter sunk. Insert measures 1" wide by 2-9/32" deep by 2-3/16" high. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert Top/Bottom 1". The Global Toilet Partitions Top Pin is for plastic laminate restroom stalls.  The top pin measures 3/8" diameter by 3-1/4" long with 5/16-18 threads. It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel.

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 1-5/16" and 1-1/2" between screws on center. Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.
