Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening.  The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.

Global partitions commercial solid phenolic overhead braced urinal privacy are a solid color thru or black core material. Color Thru is 10 days and Black Core ship in 5 Days, 2-4 days travel. Global Partitions Top Hinge For Flat Surface Mounting. Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 3/8" diameter. Manufacturer part # 135580. Same part for Flush Metal and General Partitions. Shipped with mounting screws. A=1-7/6". Also used with Accurate Partition doors after January 2013.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Partition Slide Bolt Latch with Indicator is constructed of Cast Stainless Steel.  It is designed for 3/4" or 1" thick doors, and has a screw spacing of 2-3/4" on center.   We find this latch on Global Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp restroom stalls.  The manufacturer part number is 8563009. This latch is Ada approved. There is no exact replacement available.

If yours are less you can cut the top off and the headrail will cover the top.
