Partition Door Piano Hinge 57", 14 Gauge SS,1/4" Pin with 20 Degree Cam Close. This hinge keeps the door open 20 degree so the user knows there is nobody in the restroom toilet stall. This is the most Heavy Duty Continuous Full Length Hinge we sell. 14 gauge (.075" thick) stainless steel construction with a 1/4" diameter hinge pin. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long. Screws are spaced 11" apart and the holes are 9/32" diameter and has 6 sets of holes. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. The One Ear Hinged Bracket , 3" by  2-1/2" by 1" is constructed of 16 ga (.050") thick for the hinge and 14 ga (.075") thick on the bracket, stainless steel.  The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together. Stamped stainless steel construction with a Black Finish. Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. Constructed of extruded anodized aluminum. The base is 2-5/8" wide x 1-1/2" high, with the two mounting screws 1-3/8" on center. The legs project out 2-3/4" with the thru hole at 2-3/8" from the back of the base. The distance between the legs is 1-1/4". It is designed for 1-1/4" thick panels. The 4 screw holes are 1/4" diameter. This bracket is also known as a One Ear Wall Bracket, 1844 One Ear Wall Bracket, Toilet Partitoin One Ear Bracket, or Bathroom Stall One Ear Bracket. The bracket is shipped with all the mounting screws.

Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. Occupancy Indicator Latch Handle is constructed of cast stainless steel with a satin finish. Latch handle is designed for 3/4" Doors and is through mounted to the occupancy indicator. This bracket is 1-1/4″ wide x 1-3/8″ tall, with the through hole located at 1″ from the back. If features 4 holes with a 1/4″ diameter, with two of them on the base. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then polished chrome plated. This bracket is sometimes called a Toilet Partition or Bathroom Stall “U” Bracket, or “U” Wall Bracket.

This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 3-15-16″ long with 3″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″.
