Common Material Applications for Toilet Partitions
- Powder Coated Steel – This is the least inexpensive and used most often in churches, office buildings, commercial building, bars, restaurants, daycare centers and elementary schools, and gas stations. The life of a powder coated bathroom stall is usually 15-35 years depending on the traffic and moisture conditions.
- Plastic Laminate – This is the next step up in price and it has many different types of laminates to choose from. Wood grains and stone patterns are most common for churches, office buildings and more places. Some manufactures offer 48 hour express shipping with 50 shades to choose from.
- Solid Plastic – These partitions are very durable and will never rust, bend or break. Plastic is used in middle and high schools, pool restrooms, YMCA facilities, and any other high moisture areas with or without high traffic.
- Stainless Steel – This material offers two options: a common smooth stainless steel finish or an embossed finish which is a diamond pattern that makes it easier to maintain and clean with less finger prints.
- Solid Phenolic – This material option will last for years and it’s a great selection for moisture areas like pools, YMCA facilities, country clubs, high-end restaurants, and school pool areas.

Alcove Channel #4 Brushed Aluminum
Toilet partition Alcove Channel for Powder Coated Steel or Stainless Steel partitions. Constructed of extruded aluminum with #4 brushed finish(similar to stainless steel). Typically used with new construction but can be used on existing partitions. Designed to join a Pilaster and Panel in-line to eliminate sightline gaps to provide additional privacy. The indented rounded curve is where the Pilaster(1-1/4" Thickness) will attach, while the open end of channel is where the panel(1" Thickness) with attach. Comes with screws for attaching to pilaster and panel. Alcove channel is not pre-drilled so you will have the flexibility to place screws where needed. Provides the ability to space the panel inside the alcove channel as close as 1/4" to about 3/4". The Alcove Channels are for Hadrian's Standard(58" Ht Panels), Elite(64" Ht Panels) and Elite Plus(72" Ht Panels) Series of restroom partitions. Could be used on different manufacturers partitions as well. Manufactuered by Hadrian Partitions, known as 560157-990, 560170-900 and 560172-900.

Global Stall Doors in Steel
Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening. The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.

ASI Headrail
ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

ASI Headrail Return Kit
ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap.
