The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Left Hand Outswing/ Right Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Left Hand Outswing, and Right Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". The slot that wraps around the post is 1-1/4" wide and 11-16" deep. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. The Toilet Partition Top Hinge Casting Unplated is constructed of Zamac die cast metal.  The outside dimensions of the top hinge casting are 3-7/16" high by 2-3/8" wide by 1-5/32" deep. The casting features four holes, two of them are 3/8" diameter, one is 7/32" diameter and the fourth is a threaded hole for a 5/16-18 screw. The two U channels have spacings of 13/16" and 1" on the other. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Top 1". Manufacture part # 4546. Used with AMPCO and Metpar Toilet Partitions.
