Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. ASI EZ Shoe is designed to anchor directely to the floor. Made for Global Partitions and Accurate Partitions restroom stall. This allows for the pilaster to sit inside the shoe. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI EZ Shoes come with all hardware for anchoring shoe to floor and screws for attaching pilaster shoe to pilaster. Pilaster shoes are the base support for partitions.

The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Toilet partition pilaster shoes is designed to anchor directly to floor. Shoe is constructed of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel that is stamped and welded in a satin finish with square edges. Each shoe comes with fasteners and installation torx bit. Measurement is 3" tall and is designed to hold a pilaster that is 1" wide. Partition Pilaster will sit inside the shoe. This shoe is typically used with solid plastic partitions but could be used with different types of partition materials.

Hadrian Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Hadrians Metal Stall Partitions. The headrail retun kit will work with 1-1/4" thickness headrails from Hadrian. Designed to work with powder coated steel and stainless steel stalls. This kit includes Brackets,Wall Anchoring Screws, Plastic Anchors, Fastening Screws and Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with Hadrian Headrail (60")9HR60A, (74")9HR74A and (96")9HR96A.
