Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Right Hand Outswing, and Left Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". The Partition Surface Mounted Hinge Set is for use on Left Hand Out Swing and Right Hand Hand In Swinging doors.  The hinges raise the door up 1/4" when opening, and then gravity causes the door to shelf close.  They measure 1-1/2" center to center hole spacing on the vertical and 2-7/16" center to center on the horizontal.  Constructed of cast brass with chrome plating and polished.  They are also known as a Bathroom Stall Gravity Hinge Set.  Manufacture part # 7011.
