The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Toilet Partition Bracket One Ear For 1-1/4" Panel Aluminum

Constructed of extruded anodized aluminum. The base is 2-5/8" wide x 1-1/2" high, with the two mounting screws 1-3/8" on center. The legs project out 2-3/4" with the thru hole at 2-3/8" from the back of the base. The distance between the legs is 1-1/4". It is designed for 1-1/4" thick panels.
