The All American Toilet Partition Pintle 1/2" Diameter is used on metal and plastic laminate restroom stalls.  This component is used on the hinges to make the door self closing.

Hadrian Partition chrome plastic button for pilaster holes to cover them up on edge of pilaster. The hadrian partition pilaster has two holes on one edge of the pilaster for concealed mounting that uses a toggle and screw to mount the hinge.
