The Partition Surface Mounted Hinge Set is for use on Right Out Swing and Left Hand In Swinging doors.  The hinges raise the door up 1/4" when opening, and then gravity causes the door to shelf close.  They measure 1-1/2" center to center hole spacing on the vertical and 2-7/16" center to center on the horizontal.  Constructed of cast brass with chrome plating and polished.  They are also known as a Bathroom Stall Gravity Hinge Set.  Manufacture part # 7021.

The Flush Metal Partition Top Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" square edged pilaster posts.  It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide. The U channel is 2-1/4" by 1-1/4" by 1" deep. The lug projects out 1-5/8" by 1/2" thick with a 3/8" diameter bushing. Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Top 1-1/4". The Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 3/8".  We sometimes find the number 3210 on the back of the hinge.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Partition One Ear Wall Bracket For 7/8" Panel Cast Stainless Steel

Cast stainless steel construction. Base of the bracket is 2" x 1-1/2", with 1-1/8" hole spacing. Bracket legs project out 2-1/2" with the screws at 2-1/8" on center from the base. The four holes are 1/4" diameter. Also known as a Bathroom Stall One Ear Wall Bracket or One Ear 7/8". Manufacture part # 1653.

Bobrick SCRC solid phenolic partition between walls layout with overhead braced floor mounted stalls. Standard stalls 36" x 60" depth (24" door), ADA stall are 60" x 60" depth (36" door). The Knickerbocker Partition Bottom Hinge 1-1/4" Sq Post are for use on 1-1/4" thick square edged pilaster post.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The manufacture part is 3310.   A=1-11/16".

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Stainless Steel L shape Partition Brace. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support L-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″.
